We can help you install the resort lock entry system which allows the Owner and us to administer codes to our guests which only work during their reservation period. It also allows for onetime access codes to contractors, cleaners and maintenance crews which in turn keep your home more secure. Renters love it because they do not have to wait in line at the real estate office to get keys for check-in or run the risk of not checking in at all because they are running late due to traffic jams. Checkout becomes a breeze because there are no keys to return.

This is a real quote from a local realtor who "lost" an entire box of homeowner's keys.....
